Breakdown Athletic Group Classes Offer a Low-Cost Way for People of All Skill Levels to Enjoy a Calorie Burning Session Like No Other

Strength & Conditioning Classes

If you’re new to Strength & Conditioning or looking to start your journey of personal fitness, this is a great way to get started with the exercises and level of energy needed for our workout sessions.

Each session consists of one hour of exercise aimed to improve muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility while building lean muscle and eliminating fat. Each session includes:

  • Warm up & stretching
  • Skill development segment to improve form and reduce the possibility for injury
  • Slow, deliberate strength focused movements to build muscle
  • Accessory exercises and high-intensity conditioning

Run N’ Gun Classes

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focused on body weight movements, cardiovascular endurance, and kettle bell resistance training.

No matter your fitness level, one hour of HIIT training will challenge your endurance and burn fat rapidly.
