Clients often need “homework”.
Not everyone has the luxury of coming to the gym several days a week. Breakdown Athletics can help you build a plan that incorporates activities outside of the gym. It could be a running program, a pool workout, hill workout, a core circuit, or whatever it takes to get you where you need to be. Custom “homework” is great for the individual who can only commit to being at the gym once or twice a week or has specific sports training needs.
